Casa Grande Family Practice is an independently owned primary care practice serving individuals and families in Casa Grande and the surrounding community.

Our goal is to provide accessible, relationship-centered healthcare where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

We provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, early identification of disease, chronic disease management, healthy lifestyle development, and long-term wellness.

As a locally owned practice, we strive to build lasting relationships with our patients while providing convenient access to care, including same-day appointments when available.

Provider Biography

Russell Jackson, DMSc, PA-C, is the owner and primary care provider at Casa Grande Family Practice.

He has a background spanning emergency, hospital, and outpatient primary care medicine and previously served as a combat medic in the United States Army Reserve.

Dr. Jackson earned his Doctor of Medical Science degree and is a nationally certified physician assistant. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, weight management, men's and women's health, minor procedures, and helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve long-term health.

His approach to medicine emphasizes developing meaningful relationships with patients, listening to their concerns, and helping patients better understand and participate in their healthcare.

He has also been involved in the education and clinical training of physician assistant students.

Patients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance may request a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of their care before receiving services.

Membership & Upcoming Concierge Services

Casa Grande Family Practice does not currently require a membership or concierge fee to become a patient. Patients may receive care using participating insurance plans or our published self-pay options.

As Casa Grande Family Practice continues to grow, we plan to introduce an optional concierge/membership program for patients who are looking for enhanced access, convenience, and a more personalized primary care experience.

Potential membership benefits may include enhanced appointment access, additional communication options, extended or more personalized visits, wellness-focused services, and other benefits designed to complement traditional primary care.

Concierge/membership services are not currently available and will be introduced as the clinic rollout progresses.
